30 fps? well, I'm really amused :D. For that flash would be easiest to make 17fps, and everything would work just perfectly. there is no need to make so many frames.
30 layers? It's wierd now. I would use like... five.

Anyway if it's one of your first movies then you should be really proud. some peoples animate 7 years and can't do even that ;)

Actually is is one of my first flash movies thank you, I did go overboard on the layers, but oh well. Anyway, I think I will stick to 30 fps, i prefer it. Thats just me anyway.

Only thing that I wanna say (what is not really nesessary) that if you wan't to have more effective snow (or falling ash) make two layers of it, each with different speed

It's hard to catch what's happening in that movie. Try to make longer scenes. I had the same problem :)
