Well.... I rated 5/10, because I would vote 10 for claymination (as it's quite hard to get it as smoothly as you did), and 0 for quality of the plot. Please.... bad jokes tied to violence? This kind of fun is going to doom the world one day.

Well, it was nice enough, but it didn't really have any animation, and since the text nor music was your creation, you should have at least made some background.

If you really intend to make more, begin from placing a description in the first frame, as an explanation to what it is you're showing. No, author comment is not enough. Make some good background, and arrows so that viewer may freely switch between texts. Also it should be written to which law paragraph each law belongs, so that it can be checked if it's true if someone really insisted.

Just very confused why everyone else voted 10, yelling comments like "omg that was best movie I ever saw".

Make it better, clear you can! Everyone could >_>.

Really great! Your movie was very original and funny. After it ended I was laughing for good ten minutes!

About the art - next time I advice to research some anatomy and basic human build on internet, or just look at people or yourself in the mirror and draw. I know it's hard to animate and draw in flash, but try to give it a bit more work. Also try removing outlines at bits where body parts merge together, on the neck, head, arms, hands and stuff like that.

Otherwise, really great! You deserve a 5!
